Terrific experience working with Matthew to get all my Tesla side windows tinted. Appointment was scheduled in a timely way, the work was done perfectly and quickly (only took about 2.5 hours). Exceeded expectations in every way. I’ll be back if I need any other tint work in the future.

I’ve had my car windows tinted since the late 70’s, so I have some experience when it comes to this kind of project. I would absolutely encourage anyone who is looking to get a top quality window tint to make their appointment with Immaculate Detail. They have the product and expertise to give you exactly what you want.

Lovely people! Very thorough, excellent quality work. Seen their work on three of my family's cars including my own and am always pleased. Just had tint work for the second time because it was so good on my first car I had to come back!

Folks, I got the very BEST detail job on any of the cars I've ever owned! (At my age, that accounts for a LOT of cars. A quick stop resulted in a dozen broken eggs on the floor of the back seats. A few hours later, the entire car, inside and out, looked at least as good as when I drove it off the lot, brand new, with single digit miles on the 'clock.' Marvelous work, excellent pricing, and a very comfortable waiting area. For me, it honestly couldn't be better!

Wow, much more impressive than I imagined. We have a large, late-model pickup and it came back as if we just drove it off the showroom floor. I'll be bringing our SUV in next! Thanks Matthew!

They clearly care about their customers. When my windshield cracked thru no fault of immaculate, they graciously weathered my sour mood and were very helpful in getting me back on the road protected from the sun, thanks Matthew!

I'm a raving new '26 Tucson Hybrid owner. I KNOW how much value a nicely done ceramic coating adds to protect the finish. It makes a vehicle look glassy-smooth, gorgeous and much easier to keep clean. After lots of research, I chose Immaculate Detail for my new ride. Ceramic Pro makes excellent products, but it requires a skilled, professional application. Experience is essential, and this shop has tons of THAT!!Matthew and his crew made my Ultimate Red Tucson look BETTER than BRAND NEW!! The paint looks WET!!I am impressed 'n grateful- and happy to recommend this local business to ANYONE. My only concern is, how long before I get my first ticket??

Exceeded my expectations! William and Matthew were upfront and honest that buffing wouldn’t completely remove the scratches on my spoiler since they had gone through the clear coat. Still, they went out of their way to lightly buff it and reduced over 75% of the damage. Professional, courteous, and no upselling—Immaculate Detail has earned a lifelong customer.⸻Immaculate Detail once again exceeded my expectations! This is an update to a previous review, and my opinion hasn’t changed. On April 14, 2026, Immaculate Detail applied a 3-year ceramic coating to both of our vehicles—a 2023 Land Rover Evoque and a 2020 Acura MDX—and the results are absolutely stunning. Both vehicles look better than new, with an incredible shine and a finish that truly stands out. It’s rare to find a business that consistently delivers this level of quality and integrity. No upselling—just exceptional work and genuine care for their customers. Immaculate Detail has definitely earned a lifelong customer.

Yesterday, I picked up my new, 2025 Honda Accord after having full front Paint Protection Film applied at Immaculate Detail. I am no stranger to PPF, having had it applied to four previous vehicles and I know how well it protects paint. But, I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of work that was performed by Immaculate Detail. It is superior to any other work I've had done. The film is virtually invisible and there are NO little "fingers", where the film doesn't adhere properly at the edges. The people there were friendly and professional and I felt my car was in safe hands. If you want great protection on a new car, I highly recommend Immaculate Detail!

I brought my truck in to get the PPF replaced as it was a much lower quality and had been on for over 8yrs. It was no easy job getting the adhesive off. But Matthew and his crew did an outstanding job. The new film is amazing and my truck looks brand new once again. I would highly recommend Immaculate Detail. They are very professional, have great communication and will treat your vehicle like their own!

Everything was great. My car is about eight years old and the finish was a little tall. These guys made it look new and I’ve never seen it. Look any better. I would highly recommend this service to anyone looking to apply vinyl or Seco to a vehicle. I couldn’t be happier.

I bought a car in Phoenix with an illegal tint. I am in the Prescott area on vacation. I contacted Immaculate Detail to see if they could strip the windows before I head home. Matthew responded to my inquiry promptly and was able to squeeze me in the same day. Immaculate Detail's prices are exceptionally fair. The windows look great. The most important thing is how professional, kind, and customer service oriented the staff at Immaculate Detail are. Thanks a million! I highly recommend these professionals!!!

I can't say enough good things about this local shop. I recently purchased a new 2025 Toyota Tacoma a few weeks ago, and noticed the dealer installed their advertisement decal, in the left bottom corner of my tailgate. I didn't notice at first, or I would have had it removed before I left the lot after purchase. Well, I attempted to remove this decal myself, and in the process not only could I not get all of it off, as they use an almost permanent type adhesive, so that it is near impossible to remove yourself, but I also started to scratch the paint while doing so. On a whim I looked up detail shops as a last resort, but glad I found this one. It was the highest rated, and I can see why. I also apologize that I showed up at their shop close to closing, yet I was greeted by the owner Matthew, who looked at the job I had done myself, and explained it would be no problem to remove the rest of that dealer advertisement sticker, as they get a lot of these. I was prepared to make an appointment for later in the week. And even though it was just about closing time, the owner went in the back, got some tools and steam machine, and proceeded to remove the sticker for me. I was only expecting to have the sticker removed, but he also completely buffed and polished out the scratches from my attempt at removing the decal myself. You just don't find this level of customer service anymore, or it's very rare. I can't thank Immaculate detail enough!

We were passing through in June and called Jon to see if he could get us in. The car was caked with bugs and he graciously got us in, cleaned the car and put on a ceramic finish to protect the car for our drive through the Midwest.
