Immaculate Detail delighted me with their work at a fair price. They took the vehicle on time and delivered the finished car on time. Initially, I had the hood polished. They completely renovated the paint on the hood. So I came back for a full vehicle treatment -- paint correction and ceramic coating. Now our 2007 Jaguar XKR looks stunning and the body is so smooth. I’m very pleased and am completely impressed with the job they did on my 2021 Ram 1500. I bought the truck used and it had some pretty rough spots in the paint. Looked like the prior owner took a dry rag and tried wiping off dirt leaving some pretty bad swirl marks and what appears as they used sandpaper on a spot or two on a few areas plus unlike here in AZ where our vehicles don’t get to dirty by just driving on the roads, I do know that the prior owner, lived in Michigan, which of course has bad winter roadways and use salt to melt ice covered roads, this causes paint to take a beating in a rather short amount of time. Plus it’s very possible they only ran the truck through automatic car washes a few times, and it’s no surprise how bad those are to our vehicles paint. I failed to get before pics of the truck and these pics don’t do much justice since these are after the work was completed however they handled all the swirl marks plus those damaged paint areas that stood out pretty easily. I purchased a package that had their paint correction and ceramic coating. I was assured they did good work with them having other much higher ended vehicles getting things done. There’s no vehicles that they won’t do, well perhaps my ol rusted up ford pinto missing a fender or two, might not be a good candidate but hey you never know. HahaBUT, if it’s solely price your looking at and supposedly get a whooping great deal with those guys, then this might not be the shop/place to go. I know you’ll be sorry you didn’t check these guys out first before making that big mistake of using those “cheaper guys”. I’d drive up from Phoenix or down from Flagstaff for these guys to do anything to my vehicles appearance. I’ve paid a lot of my hard earned money for my vehicles and I want them to last as long as I can so I’ll spend a few extra bucks to help that become reality verses using the cheaper guys and regretting my decision and finding out the hard way. There’s this old saying, you get what you pay for, well I can’t say just how true this saying is and applies perfectly in this case. You can tell these guys value your vehicle as though it is there own and take the time to do the job right. Again if those that can afford the $100k+ cars get their work done here, then you know your vehicles in good capable hands. And you won’t need a loan to pay for such a detail, pricing is surprisingly reasonable and I feel fair. If your like me and don’t really drive much then your not going to need this work done often and more likely but a couple of times throughout its life.A huge shoutout and Thank you to Matt and the crew in a job well done and just know that you all have done a job so well, my truck looks better then it did probably brand new and that’s no joke!read more

Had the pleasure of working with Mathew. He helped me with the whole process or setting up appt, leaving my truck overnight, payment, information, you name it he helped. Truck was done exactly on time from what Mathew said. No short cuts taken in detailing the truck. My truck looks better now then it did the day I drove it off the dealership lot. The guys at Immaculate earned my respect and I’ll be using them for any vehicle detailing, paint protection, window tinting in the future. The crew of guys are all very respectful and polite and professional!!! Hard to come by when it’s a group of men working together for a company. Highly recommend Immaculate Detail for any one. We had our Tesla completely wrapped in protective film, coated with Ceramic Pro, and windows tinted with Xpel prime and coated with Ceramic Pro. Matthew explained the process and products well and called us daily with progress. The end result is beautiful as the window tint is perfect and clear and the paint is bright, glossy, and beautiful. I recommend them highly.read more

I contacted Matthew of Immaculate Detail regarding an invisible bra for my new vehicle. Matthew was very knowledgeable and professional. Matthew explained the process and recommend a total hood and front fender wrap. Matthew also explained ceramic pant treatment along with ceramic window tint to remove uv sun rays.The shop is clean and orderly.I had the front wrap, window tinting, and ceramic paint treatment done. The car is now protected and beautiful.Excellent experience. I highly recommend Immaculate Detail to anyone interested in this type of service.read more

Such a professional establishment. I had my Chevelle ceramic coated, but they had to do a little paint correction first. I got my car back at the time promised, and it looks terrific! All the little swirls is the paint are gone, and the shine is amazing- plus the added confidence that the protection provides. Immaculate Detail worked on two vehicles of mine, ppf and ceramic on the first, and a paint correction and ceramic on the second. I couldn't be happier with the work. They were a professional crew who took care of items on schedule for a reasonable price, and did an excellent job. Immaculate Detail employees were ever-so-professional. Jon and Matthew took their time explaining everything to me. I had Clear Coating competed over the entire car. Also had all windows tinted including the moon-roof.Clear Coating: absolutely amazing. Thick Clear Coat. No creases anywhere. If you did not know I had the work completed you would not notice, until I told you.Window Tinting: I live in AZ, it's hot 🔥 during the summers. The tinting, I cannot feel the heat coming through the windows. The car stays cool & I really do NOT need to put the sunshade up to protect the dashboard. IT STAYS THAT COOL INSIDE THE CAR.NEXT: Ceramic Coating: can't wait to have that all time new look all the time!Me, I have a Challenger and drove 1.5 hrs just to go to Jon (owner) to have the work completed.My nephew took his Brand New Porcha to Immaculate to have it Clear Coated. I found Immaculate Detail online over a year ago and have meant to bring my car in for detailing and their Ceramic Pro product. Timing was right finally and I don't regret choosing them! I highly recommend Immaculate Detail! Jon and his team are awesome! They took my 2013 Chevy Camaro Convertible and made it look better than it did when I bought it new! The 3 Stage Paint Correction removed the swirls and scratches. The Ceramic Pro coating now has the red paint really pop. Wow! We were passing through in June and called Jon to see if he could get us in. The car was caked with bugs and he graciously got us in, cleaned the car and put on a ceramic finish to protect the car for our drive through the Midwest. We fell in love with Prescott and bought property here in July and moved here in September. He did a great job then and has continued to service our vehicle since we moved here.read more
