I came back in due to some water spots due to a horrible job of a local car wash and Matthew and one of his associates rewashed and dried for me. I did a month of searching and estimates and waited till Immaculate was back open . I meet with Matthew and immediately felt and saw his professionalism. I was shown around the clean facility and received an immediate reasonable quote.I then had my 2022 Tacoma ceramic coated. They job was done professional and looked great when I picked it up. Had a cracked windshield and when it was replaced the coating was put on it with no problem. With all the great work and attention I had my 2020 RAV-4 done with bumper wrap and complete ceramic coating. Thanks again Matthew for a Great experience with your company and crew.read more

These guys are absolutely incredible, I've been taking my car to them for almost a year now: They have done a full 3 state paint correction and a 5 year ceramic coating on the car and it looks outstanding! They have also done all of the tint on the car from front to back and I have to say it's the best quality and service around, you definitely get what you pay for. Amazing customer service and very welcoming business. I will continue to bring my car and future vehicles to them. Definitely go check them out!read more

Thank to Matt for going above and beyond on my Mitsubishi Evo. Excellent job bringing out the shine on an iconic 19 year old rally car. Curbside service too, as they brought me home and back. I know the tired original PPF on the front was a bear to get off and then replace, especially since the adhesive didn't want to let go. I know because I tried. I brought in my 2016 Harley Davidson CVO Streetglide for paint correction and paint protection. Mathew is very knowledgeable and accommodating. These guys are top-notch and my bike looked absolutely fantastic when they were done. I also brought my challenger here in the past which it looked. Unbelievable. I have to shout out Matt and the crew at Immaculate detail! So far I have had a full PPF WRAP wrap installed on a truck, full tint on 3 vehicles, and a few details done. Matt’s response time to my inquiries and communication all around is outstanding! Me being a business owner myself take this part VERY seriously and I respect the fact that he does as well. The work done in my vehicles was IMMACULATE work! (See what I did there!?) In all seriousness, I tried to slip him a 100.00 today to show my gratitude and he refused it!! Immaculate detail had one of their newer employees install a ceramic 5% tint on my 2017 Honda accord. I decided to replace the existing tent due to the condition and immaculate detail knocked the ball out of the park everything is done precisely and with care I i’ve been so pleased with their service I’ve recommended all my friends go there for their tinting and detailing needs. They had a very quick turnaround time and Matt is very friendly and was more than willing to explain the benefits of ceramic tint to me as I was unaware of all the hidden qualities with ceramic tint.read more

Very pleased with everything about their shop, employees and the services. One of the services was on my headlights. They were always looking cloudy and dirty even after I would try and clean them. Immaculate Detail made them look new by polishing and then to preserve them covered them with protection film. Totally worth it. I recommend their services and will be a repeat customer.read more

Outstanding, quality auto detail shop! Jon, Matthew, et al stand behind their work. You don't get the one and done treatment.I have had them apply and maintain ceramic coatings on two vehicles and couldn't be happier. Makes them so much easier to clean, esp bug and tar removal, and protects the paint. Neither vehicle was new, but they looked new when done.The interior detail on my Jeep was amazing. I was thinking it wasn't that bad, but had a wow moment when I saw it. If you don't trust my review, take a look at their clean shop - and the high end vehicles they work on. Immaculate Detail delighted me with their work at a fair price. They took the vehicle on time and delivered the finished car on time. Initially, I had the hood polished. They completely renovated the paint on the hood. So I came back for a full vehicle treatment -- paint correction and ceramic coating. Now our 2007 Jaguar XKR looks stunning and the body is so smooth. I'm now considering a second car for treatment. Thoroughly recommend Immaculate before you consider anyone else.read more

I’m very pleased and am completely impressed with the job they did on my 2021 Ram 1500. I bought the truck used and it had some pretty rough spots in the paint. Looked like the prior owner took a dry rag and tried wiping off dirt leaving some pretty bad swirl marks and what appears as they used sandpaper on a spot or two on a few areas plus unlike here in AZ where our vehicles don’t get to dirty by just driving on the roads, I do know that the prior owner, lived in Michigan, which of course has bad winter roadways and use salt to melt ice covered roads, this causes paint to take a beating in a rather short amount of time. Plus it’s very possible they only ran the truck through automatic car washes a few times, and it’s no surprise how bad those are to our vehicles paint. I failed to get before pics of the truck and these pics don’t do much justice since these are after the work was completed however they handled all the swirl marks plus those damaged paint areas that stood out pretty easily. I purchased a package that had their paint correction and ceramic coating. I was assured they did good work with them having other much higher ended vehicles getting things done. There’s no vehicles that they won’t do, well perhaps my ol rusted up ford pinto missing a fender or two, might not be a good candidate but hey you never know. HahaBUT, if it’s solely price your looking at and supposedly get a whooping great deal with those guys, then this might not be the shop/place to go. I know you’ll be sorry you didn’t check these guys out first before making that big mistake of using those “cheaper guys”. I’d drive up from Phoenix or down from Flagstaff for these guys to do anything to my vehicles appearance. I’ve paid a lot of my hard earned money for my vehicles and I want them to last as long as I can so I’ll spend a few extra bucks to help that become reality verses using the cheaper guys and regretting my decision and finding out the hard way. There’s this old saying, you get what you pay for, well I can’t say just how true this saying is and applies perfectly in this case. You can tell these guys value your vehicle as though it is there own and take the time to do the job right. Again if those that can afford the $100k+ cars get their work done here, then you know your vehicles in good capable hands. And you won’t need a loan to pay for such a detail, pricing is surprisingly reasonable and I feel fair. If your like me and don’t really drive much then your not going to need this work done often and more likely but a couple of times throughout its life.A huge shoutout and Thank you to Matt and the crew in a job well done and just know that you all have done a job so well, my truck looks better then it did probably brand new and that’s no joke!read more

I found Immaculate Detail online over a year ago and have meant to bring my car in for detailing and their Ceramic Pro product. Timing was right finally and I don't regret choosing them! Great results, friendly and informative staff - I couldn't be more pleased. I will continue using them for cleaning in the future and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.read more

I highly recommend Immaculate Detail! Jon and his team are awesome! They took my 2013 Chevy Camaro Convertible and made it look better than it did when I bought it new! The 3 Stage Paint Correction removed the swirls and scratches. The Ceramic Pro coating now has the red paint really pop. Wow! We were passing through in June and called Jon to see if he could get us in. The car was caked with bugs and he graciously got us in, cleaned the car and put on a ceramic finish to protect the car for our drive through the Midwest. We fell in love with Prescott and bought property here in July and moved here in September. He did a great job then and has continued to service our vehicle since we moved here.read more
